Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt. We offer a hassle-free return policy; however, some non-defective items may incur a 20% restocking fee.
  • Return Conditions: Returned parts must be in new, unused, unopened condition and returned in the manufacturer’s original packaging with all tags included.
  • Manufacturer Defects: Returns will be accepted for manufacturer defects only if the customer provides photographic evidence demonstrating that the fault was not due to their own handling.
  • Non-Returnable Items: There are absolutely no returns or exchanges on electrical components, special or made-to-order items, non-stocked imported items, bodywork, carbon fiber parts, closeout items, or used parts. Additionally, there are no returns on any Ducabike, Tunes, or CNC Racing products.
  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning your order.
  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected by SBK Werks, we will process your refund, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment (minus the shipping fee) within 24-48 hours. Please note that it may take an additional 2-8 business days for the credit to post to your account, depending on your credit card company.
  • Return Authorization: Please contact us info@sbkwerks.com before returning an item. We will issue you a return authorization number that must be clearly marked on both the outside and inside of the package being returned.
